Boarding Rate Calculation

Boarding charges include the day of arrival and the day of departure, no matter the time.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

We kindly ask that you plan to bring your pet in before 4:00 PM on their arrival day and pick your pet up after 10:00 AM on their departure day. This allows them time to calm down and settle in before eating in the evening and for us to get your pet back to you more quickly by avoiding the morning day care drop off rush.

If you requested grooming services before their departure, please wait to pick your pet up until you receive a text letting you know their grooming has been completed.
