Closed every day for lunch from noon to 1:00 PM.
In case of a true emergency, call (724) 840-2572 and leave a message for the customer service staff on call. Please be aware that there is a $50.00 after-hours charge, plus the daily rate for all services rendered after hours.
Front desk is closed for pick up or drop off on the following holidays:
Rest assured, your pet is still receiving the same quality of care. Closing our front desk allows each of our staff to spend a few hours with their family and friends at some point during the holiday.

What's Required
- Proof of current vaccinations is required before the pet enters the resort. Please email, fax, or snail-mail veterinary records before arrival.
- Please make reservations online from our website whenever possible and well before all major holidays and spring and summer vacation times. Online reservations allow us to spend more time with guests and avoid mistakes when transferring information into our computer system.
