Drop-Off & Pick-Up:
We kindly ask that you plan to bring your pet in before 4:00PM on their arrival day and pick your pet up after 10:00AM on their departure day. This allows them time to calm down and settle in before eating in the evening and for us to get your pet back to you more quickly by avoiding the morning daycare drop off rush.
If you requested grooming services before their departure, please wait to pick your pet up until you receive a text letting you know their grooming has been completed.
